The puzzles
The daily puzzles are free to play for personal enjoyment. The puzzles, case stories, artwork, and the Cold Case Investigator name are our copyrighted work. Please don't republish or resell them. Sharing your results (spoiler-free) is very welcome.
Accounts
An account is optional and free. Keep your sign-in email accurate; we may remove accounts that abuse the service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see privacy).
Streaks and the leaderboard
Signed-in streaks can appear on the public top-streaks board, shown as initials only. The board is for bragging rights, not prizes. We may remove entries that look manipulated, and you can ask to be taken off it at any time.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by Belgian law, which governs these terms.
